"The Barn" comprises of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

The living/dining area is fully furnished and includes, two double sofa beds, a six seater dining table, a log burning fire, satellite TV, DVD and internet access. There are also a number of games, jigsaws, books and DVDs available to guests.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a gas oven with hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer. All crockery, pots and untensils are provided, along with an ironing board, iron and trouser press.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 2 bunk beds and the main bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and a door leading to a private patio with mountain views.

The fully fitted bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and toilet.

All bedding and towels are provided.

External

"The Barn" is set in 2 acres of gardens, there is a BBQ area with table and chairs to seat 6 at the side of the Barn, guests will have access and full use of a 6m diameter 1.5m deep swimming pool (Summer Only).

Holiday Rental (Maximum 4 guests)

Daily (Minimum 2 nights) EUR 40 based on two adults sharing. (includes gas, electric and internet access) EUR 10 extra for every additional guest. Meals provided on request with a few hours notice EUR 5 per person.

Weekly let in Summer May until September EUR 245 based on two adults sharing with EUR 10 per day extra for every additional guest (Includes gas, electric and internet access).

Weekly let in Winter October until April EUR 210 based on two adults sharing with EUR 10 per day extra for every additional guest (Includes gas, electric and internet access). (Excludes firewood).


Long Term Rental (Maximum 4 guests)

Monthly during the summer, minimum period 2 months EUR 750 (Excludes gas,electric and firewood)

Monthly during the winter, minimum period 2 months EUR 500 (Excludes gas,electric and firewood)

Please Note

The unfenced pool is used at own risk and all children are to be supervised by a responsible adult.
